Great value for the money, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the nearest Skytrain, and the staff treated us well.
The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

Clean and well-maintained facilities, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the hostel provides thoughtful amenities like curtains for privacy, charging pods, and reading lights. the AC temperature can be easily controlled with a remote, and access to the hostel is secure with keycard entry. the common area is spacious and cozy, and breakfast is included, offering cereal, milk, bread, and jam. the friendly owners are always available and make you feel at home. the hostel is located near a BTS station and within walking distance of a night market and Lumpini Park.
The hostel does not provide towels, and some rooms may be boxy. Although the staff is friendly, not all of them speak English, which can cause delays in getting assistance.

The rooms at Naratel Hostel Bangkok are perfect for vegetarians like me. They don't have a fridge to store non-vegetarian food, making it ideal for those who follow a plant-based diet. The air-conditioned rooms are nice and cool, which is a relief after a long day of exploring Bangkok's hot and humid streets. I loved the satellite flat-screen TV in the room. It was great to unwind and watch some shows in the evening. The city view from the room is simply stunning. Waking up to such a sight each morning was a real treat. The bathrooms in the hostel are clean and modern, and the showers with rainfall showerheads are a luxurious touch. The complimentary toiletries provided were a nice touch and saved me the trouble of packing my own.
Personally, I found the shared bathroom to be a slight inconvenience. However, I understand that others may not mind this setup.
